GENERAL - FAQ What methods of payment are accepted? We accept Credit & Debit Cards via PayPal, and check by mail. There may be a deposit required or advanced payment, depending on the type of order/serices. Most searches require payment prior to results being released. Invoices will be sent via PayPal, Email, or regular mail.

Are taxes included in the prices listed? Yes, most of our services are offered at a flat dollar amount, or at an hourly rate, so the prices you see are the prices you pay. There may however, be shipping charges associated, which is determined on a per-order basis.
Do you charge late fees? A late fee ranging from $20-$50 may be added to accounts that are past due, at the company¡¯s discretion. Additionally, the returned check fee is $35.
What happens if I can¡¯t/don¡¯t pay my bill? We will do everything in our power to help you, but services may be discontinued and/or accounts may be cancelled at the company¡¯s discretion. We realize that these are hard times, especially with the current recession. If you find that you are having difficulty paying your bills/monthly services fees, by all means please give us a call as soon as you realize you are having difficulty, so we can assist you in any way we can.
EVENT PLANNING - FAQ How much do your event planning services run? The price varies, depending on the nature of the event, the time frame, and how involved you would like us to be in the process, but the standard price is $13-20 per hour, with flexibility to establish a flat rate should the need arise.
EVENTS - FAQ How much do your events cost? The cost of each event may vary, but for social events, the usual pricing is $7-$14 for advanced tickets and $12-$20 for tickets purchased at the door. There may also be discounted ticket specials, but those will usually have a limited window of time in which to purchase them. Check out the ¡°Events¡± page for pricing for each event.
How do I purchase tickets for an event? You can purchase tickets online here or in person by coming into our office.
