The H9 caters to the needs of the legal, banking, mortgage companies and investigative industries by providing searches of Federal & Civil Court, Public Record, and Corporate filing databases.  Cost of actual searches depends on jurisdiction/location, but generally run about $45 per search. Online searches cover all federal & state jurisdictions back to a certain date. Onsite court searches can be provided in the following jurisdictions:

Courier & Document Retrieval Services

We obtain true copies of documents from the applicable source and deliver them to requested persons/companies for $40 per request, plus $0.60 per mile for travel, if applicable. Online Document Retrieval Services are available in all locations. Local Courier & Document Retrieval services can be provided in the following areas:

Ø  St. Louis Metropolitan Area

Ø  Kansas City Metropolitan Area

Ø  Wichita, KS Metropolitan Area

Ø  Washington DC Metropolitan Area

Ø  Topeka, Kansas

Ø  Subject Date of Birth

Ø  Jurisdiction/State/Area(s) to be searched (i.e. federal/state courts, counties within each state, etc)

Ø  Types of cases you would like copies of (if any)

Ø  Documents requested (retrieval services only)

For tenant screening searches, please also include (depending on your search parameters):

 

Ø  Subject Social Security Number,

Ø  List of previous employers

Ø  List of all schools attended,

Ø  Driver's License/State ID Number

Ø  Subject waiver authorizing the search
